Pricing varies based on guest count, service duration, location, and level of customization request. Our quoting is simple, hassle-free, and you won’t have to wait for hours or days to receive it.

One cart and barista can serve approximately 50 espresso drinks per hour. We can increase that number depending on what other products are served, such as batched drinks, cold brew, etc. A typical 2-hour event can accommodate up to 75-100 guests with one cart depending on the options selected.

We can fit our coffee cart almost anywhere, but we do need at least a 6′ by 5′ space for the cart setup and barista on level ground. Each espresso machine/bar requires one (1) dedicated 15-amp circuit.

Yes, we include Califia Barista Blend oat milk and almond milk at every event. Other varieties are available per request. Since decaf is less popular, it’s included as an upgrade per request.

All espresso bar menus include espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and at least three organic syrups. Non-Coffee options are chai lattes, Mighty Leaf organic teas, and Hollander hot chocolate. Espresso drinks come hot or iced with the choice between whole, oat, or almond milk (per request). We’re happy to provide upgrades like drip, cold brew, and decaf per request.
